This past weekend we celebrated our second anniversary and also reflected on our being in Boston for one year (officially as of yesterday!) from the top of the Prudential at the Top of the Hub restaurant. We had a table by the window at sunset. Unfortunately, it was too dark to not use a flash on the camera and the flash didn't capture anything beyond the window. But, here we are!
The waiter even brought out our creme brulee with a lit candle in the middle... how cute!
It was so fun to look out the window and be able to name the roads and bridges and landmarks. We weren't able to see our apartment or neighborhood because we were on the wrong side of the building, but still it was great!

I really enjoyed talking to you tonight. It makes me wish we were going east for vacation this year! I found the pictures of the pink trees, and those are exactly what I was talking about. Now I know that they are cherry trees! Now that I know about your blog, I plan to check in every now and then to keep up. Let us know how y'all are doing with the church also. We'll be praying for you and the work there.

Hey Chels...I'm playing catch up a bit. Haven't checked email, blogs, etc. in forever...you know me!! :O) Great pic of you guys! I'm so glad that you guys turned 2...Congrats!! :o) What a fun way to celebrate your anniversaries (wedding AND the move to Boston). We think about you guys often and miss you tons!!
