I'm revolting

While the rest of the country is experiencing spring, I am too. Well, maybe not quite yet, but I'm forcing the issue. April is too late for the winter coat, gloves, and thermals. They have returned to the winter clothing box and out has come my spring/fall jacket and sunglasses. Despite what the bank temperature said this afternoon at the bus stop (it said 39), I stood proudly in my jacket and sunglasses. Ha! winter you are DONE!

I've been leading my first group therapy sessions over the past month, and today at the end of the session while we were waiting on some aides to help some of the residents back to their rooms, we were talking about the Red Sox and opening day (which is tomorrow). Funny...all the ladies knew of Julio Lugo's terrible performance over the weekend (3 errors), and discussed how they would have removed him from the game. Only here...

So, tomorrow is Red Sox Opening Day IN Boston... I'll be at work, but no fear I won't miss a thing...we are having an opening day party with the residents. Complete with hot dogs, popcorn, and their favorite baseball drinks :0) I'm sure it will be wild. Maybe I'll remember the camera and post a picture or two.
